The Company recognizes the need to operate the business in a manner that reflects good environmental management. The company is aware of the environmental impacts of its operations and will balance its aims with the need to protect both the local and global environment.

The Company is committed to providing the necessary financial and personnel resources to fulfill the company environmental policy.

Naghelle Limited therefore:

- Wholly supports the requirements of accepted international standards and current EU environmental legislation and codes of practice.

- Assess the environmental impact of any new Construction project we intend to undertake in advance.

- Minimizes consumption through the reduction, re-use of recycling of materials as much as possible

- Encourages efficient use of energy, utilizes and natural resources, especially where these are non-renewable.

- Seeks to prevent pollution by reducing the amount of waste arising from its activities.

- Operates a travel policy that takes account of environmental issues as far as reasonably practical and encourages where possible the use of feasible alternative means of transport.

- As far as possible purchase products and services that do the least damage to the environment and encourage others to do the same.

- Ensure that all Naghelle Limited employees understand our environmental policy and conform to the high standards required.

- Apply the principles of continues improvement in respect of air, water, noise and light pollution from our premises and reduce any impacts from our operations on the environment and local community.

OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The management of NAGHELLE LIMITED is committed ti the health and safety of its employees and for all who are involved in our projects. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is amjor continuing objective. We are committed to continuing administration, education and training. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objectives of eliminating the "near misses" which will greatly reduce the risk of injuries.

Our philosophy is that the well being of our company and clients is dependent on the health and safety or our work force. The board of Directors and staffs of this corporation promises that every precuation reasonable in all circumstances will be taken for the protection of all workers. No job is to be regarded so urgent that time cannot be taken to do it in a safe manner.

Supervisors will be responsible for health and safety of workers under their supervision. Supervisors are responsible to ensure machinery and equipment required for use by each worker are safe and that each worker works in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures for each piece of equipment. Workers must receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to project their health and safety.

All supervisors,employees and subcontractors must protect their own and fellow workers' health and safety by working compliance with Occupational and Safety Act and all apllicable regulations and safety work parctices and procedures established by our company. We are a member of the NSSF, NHIF and WSIB program to improve safety in the workplace.

We recognize that a safe work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all employees and subcontractors and that the assistance of each person is required. Your attitude and cooperation in promoting accident prevention will assist in achieving our goal: "no one gets hurt" and make our company the best place to work, one where employees share in corporate growth and success.

Everyone from the Chief executive offer to new workers has the responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Lets all work together to prevent incidents from creating unwanted losses and personal injuries or illness

Environment Impact: Naghelle will continue to look at reducing the impact we have on the environment as a result of our operations through innovation and a proactive attitude to waster and energy reduction we signed up to half the waster to landfill, have been assessed by Planted Positive and accredited to ISO 1400 and annually decrease our carbon emissions.

Sustainability: Naghelle strive toward finding new opportunities to work with clients and specialists in the development of pioneering and sustainable design within construction and management.
